All bets placed and transactions initiated from your account are your responsibility, regardless of whether they were initiated by you personally. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 3pattl immediately via live chat or email so that appropriate measures can be taken to secure the account.
3pattl will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If anyone claims to be from 3pattl and requests your password, this is fraudulent and should be reported to support immediately.
All deposits and withdrawals on 3pattl are processed in Pakistani rupees (PKR). There is no foreign currency conversion at any stage of a transaction on the platform.

Cricket-specific rules apply to all PSL, international Test, ODI, and T20 matches covered on 3pattl. Ball-by-ball in-play markets are subject to temporary suspension at the start of each over and during tactical time-outs, reviews, and injury delays.
