No. Each person is allowed one account only. Multiple accounts — per person, household, or device — are not permitted. If duplicate accounts are detected, all copies are closed and any bonus funds may be forfeited. Click "Forgot password?" on the login page, enter your registered mobile number or email, and 3pattl will send a reset link or SMS code. Follow the instructions to set a new password. Account suspensions are applied for a range of reasons — failed verification, suspicious activity, Terms and Conditions breaches, or a player's own self-exclusion request. Go to Account Settings and select the Security section. Toggle on two-factor authentication and confirm your mobile number. From that point, every login from a new device will require both your password and a one-time SMS code. This is one of the most effective ways to protect your account and your PKR balance.
18 years old, without any exception. Providing a false date of birth to circumvent this requirement is a breach of 3pattl's Terms and Conditions. Any account discovered to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately, bets voided, and funds returned to source. 3pattl takes its age verification obligation seriously.

No. 3pattl operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, bets, and withdrawals are processed in PKR. This means no conversion fees and no exchange rate risk for Pakistani players. Your balance is always displayed in PKR.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. There is no upper limit on how much you can withdraw, though very large withdrawals may be processed in batches to comply with payment provider limits. All amounts are in PKR.
Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically arrive within minutes of being approved. NayaPay and SadaPay are similarly fast. IBFT bank transfers may take up to one business day. Card withdrawals follow the card provider's processing time, which is usually 1–3 business days. If your withdrawal has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact support with your withdrawal reference number.
3pattl does not charge withdrawal fees for standard withdrawals. Your full requested amount is sent. Your payment provider may deduct a receiving fee on their end — this is outside 3pattl's control. Check your Easypaisa or bank's fee schedule if the received amount is slightly different from what you withdrew.
Common reasons include: incomplete KYC verification, an active bonus with remaining wagering requirements attached to your balance, withdrawal to an account name that does not match your registered name, or a system-side payment processing issue. The rejection notification will include a reason code. Contact support immediately if you need clarification — they can tell you exactly what needs to be resolved.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific requirement for each bonus is shown in the bonus terms at the time of claim. Once the wagering requirement is met, the bonus funds convert to real-money withdrawable balance. Your own deposited funds are not subject to wagering requirements and can be withdrawn at any time (subject to minimum withdrawal amount).

The minimum single-market cricket bet is Rs 50. Accumulator and multi-bet minimums may differ per market. There is no restriction on maximum stakes, though 3pattl's risk team reserves the right to limit individual markets or accounts that consistently place very large bets on sensitive markets.
If a match is officially abandoned before the result is determined by ICC or the relevant governing body, all bets on that match are voided and stakes returned to players' accounts in full. If a match produces an official result under the D/L method or equivalent, bets are settled on that result. The settlement rules for each market are detailed in 3pattl's Terms and Conditions.
Most match markets settle automatically within minutes of the official result being confirmed. Pre-match bets and live bets are settled from the same official data feed. Winning payouts are added to your PKR balance instantly upon settlement. If a bet remains unsettled more than 30 minutes after a match ends, contact support with your bet ID.
Yes. 3pattl supports accumulator bets combining multiple cricket selections. All legs must win for the accumulator to pay out. The combined odds are multiplied, so a four-leg accumulator with average odds of 2.0 per leg returns 16x your stake if all four selections win. There is no cap on the number of legs, though very long accumulators may be subject to maximum payout limits.
3pattl offers a cash-out feature on selected cricket markets, allowing you to settle your bet before the match ends for a guaranteed amount based on current odds. The cash-out value fluctuates with live odds. Not all markets support cash-out — eligible bets will show a "Cash Out" button in your bet slip during the match.

VIP cashback is applied to net losses over a defined period and credited to your account automatically. The cashback percentage increases with each tier. Bronze members receive the entry-level rate, while Diamond members receive the maximum cashback available. A loss limit is a PKR cap on how much you can lose within a defined period (daily, weekly, or monthly). When your net losses reach the limit you set, your account is automatically paused from further betting until the period resets. Go to Account Settings, select Responsible Gaming, and choose Loss Limit. It takes effect immediately and applies across all 3pattl products.
In Account Settings, navigate to Communication Preferences and uncheck the marketing options. You can opt out of SMS, email, or both independently. Changes take effect within 48 hours. If you continue to receive communications after opting out, contact support to manually remove your details from the marketing list.
